Credits are the one balance every QuickVeed tool draws from. Your workspace shares them, so everyone on your team spends from the same balance.
What things cost
Each job's price depends on what you make: the model, the length and the quality. The app shows the price on the button or next to it before you start, for example Make clip or Burn in. Some examples:
- Clips: transcribing is priced by the length of the video, then each clip you make has a small fixed price. Captions, the hook title and the speaker-following crop are included.
- Captions: transcribing by the minute, translation by the amount of text, and burning captions in per video.
- Dubbing: preparing by the minute (keeping the music costs more than voice-over style), then each dub by the minute, with the cloned voice costing more than a stock voice.
- AI video, avatars and UGC ads: by model and length. The pricing page has a table of typical prices.
When credits are taken
Credits are taken when a job starts. If the job fails, they're refunded.
Checking your balance
Your balance is on the dashboard, in the plan card, and on each tool's page. On paid plans, open Settings and click Credits to see usage and purchases.
Running low
Paid plans add a new allowance of credits every month. Need more sooner? Move to a bigger plan on the pricing page.
