1. Our sub-processors
Where we process personal information for you, these companies are our sub-processors, as referred to in our Privacy Policy.
| Company | What it does for QuickVeed | Where |
|---|---|---|
| InMotion Hosting, Inc. | Application servers and database | United States |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Storing your uploads, videos and generated files (Amazon S3); running background jobs | United States |
| Replicate, Inc. | Running the AI models that generate video, AI presenters, images and audio from your prompts and uploads, and burning captions into videos | United States |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | Transcribing your videos for captions, translating captions and subtitles, and writing and editing scripts and prompts | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and card payments | United States |
| Resend, Inc. | Sending account and billing emails, such as sign-up confirmations and password resets | United States |
2. AI models
Many of the video, avatar and voice models you can choose in QuickVeed are made by other companies, such as Google, Runway or Kling. We run them through Replicate, so your prompts and uploads go to Replicate, not to the company that made the model.
3. Services you connect yourself
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us under your agreement with Google. It isn't our sub-processor, and you can remove QuickVeed's access from your Google account at any time.
4. Changes to this list
We'll update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts handling customer personal information. To be told about changes, or if you need a signed data processing agreement, contact us.
