Everyone in a workspace shares its credits, asset library and brand kits. Your plan sets how many seats you have: 1 on the free trial, 2 on Starter, 3 on Boost and 5 on Scale.
Send an invitation
- Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then Settings.
- Click Workspace Settings.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter one or more Email Addresses, separated by commas.
- Choose a Role for everyone you're inviting. You can change each person's role later.
- Click Send Invitations.
Each person gets an email with a link to join. Their name shows in the member list, where you can filter by role or status.
More than one workspace
Use separate workspaces to keep clients or brands apart. Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose New Workspace, or switch between the workspaces listed there.
