Set up a brand kit and use it on clips

Save your logo, colors and fonts once, then add them to every clip. On paid plans.

Updated October 19, 2026

A brand kit keeps your logo, colors, fonts and brand voice in one place. Brand kits come with every paid plan (Starter, Boost and Scale). They aren't part of the free trial.

Create a brand kit

  1. In the sidebar, click Brandbooks, or click Brand kits on your dashboard.
  2. Click Add Brandbook.
  3. Name your brand at the top.
  4. On Identity & voice, fill in the tagline, what the brand is about, the audience, the writing tone and words to never use.
  5. On Colours, click Add colour for each brand color.
  6. On Logos, drop in your logo. A PNG with a transparent background looks best on video.
  7. On Fonts, add your brand fonts if you have them.
  8. Click Save.

Use it on clips

In a Podcast to Clips project, open Customise on a clip and pick your kit under Brand, or pick it in the Apply to all clips row. The clip gets your logo, and your first brand color is used for the caption highlight. A kit without a logo shows (no logo) in the list.

Everyone in your workspace can use its brand kits.
