Upload videos to your library

Where to upload, which files work, and how big uploads keep going while you work.

Updated October 19, 2026

Everything you upload goes to your library, so every tool can use it. You can upload from the library itself or from inside a tool.

From the library

  1. In the sidebar, click Assets.
  2. Click Upload and choose one or more files, or drag files onto the page and drop them.

Files go into the folder you have open. Use the Videos, Images and Audio filters to find them later.

From a tool

Podcast to Clips, Captions & Subtitles and AI Dubbing each have an Upload a video box. When the upload finishes, the video is selected for you. Videos you uploaded before are listed under Or pick from your library.

The upload tray

Uploads run in a tray in the bottom corner of the screen, with a progress bar for each file. They keep going while you move to other pages. If you close the tab, open QuickVeed again in the same browser and the upload resumes where it stopped.

  • Cancel stops an upload.
  • Retry appears if the connection dropped.
  • Library appears when a file is done and takes you to it.

Limits

Each file can be up to 5 GB. For clips and captions, use MP4 or MOV. Podcast to Clips takes videos up to 3 hours long, and AI dubbing takes videos up to 10 minutes.

If your storage is full, the upload stops with a message. Delete files you no longer need, or upgrade your plan.
